Get to Know Our Physical Therapists

Matthew Infanzon, PT, OCS, CSCS

Matthew completed his Degree in Physical Therapy in 2001 from the University of Buffalo. Upon graduation, he moved to South Carolina and practiced there for 3 years. Although he enjoyed his time in South Carolina, he wanted to open up his own Private Practice. He saw opportunity in Texas and started Upstate Physical Therapy in Denton in 2004. Since then he opened Physical Therapy of Plano in 2009 and Physical Therapy of Richardson in 2011. Matthew has always believed in performing a thorough evaluation so that he can tailor a specific treatment plan to each and every patient. Matthew obtained the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) Certifications. He has been trained in various manual therapy techniques such as Dry Needling, The Graston Technique and Myofascial Decompression (Cupping). Matthew primarily works at our Denton Clinic.

Carolyn Sink, PT, DPT, FAAOMPT

Carolyn completed her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 2000 from Texas Woman’s University and returned to complete her doctorate at Texas Tech University in 2016. She completed her Fellowship in Orthopedics and Manual Physical Therapy through The Manual Therapy Institute and has spent her career specializing in orthopedics. Carolyn has been using Pilates principles as an adjunct to traditional physical therapy for many years and sees tremendous benefits with all patient populations. She is certified in Trigger Point Dry Needling, Graston Technique, and Cupping or Myofascial Decompression. She is an avid dog lover, loves to read, cook and bake and is a lifelong student. She was raised in Texas after moving here as a child and happily returned to Texas in 2013 after living and working in Nevada for 12 years. Carolyn works primarily out of our Plano Clinic.

Viet Ho, PT, DPT

Viet obtained his Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of North Texas in 2014 and then completed his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2020. He as been practicing as a physical therapist since then and has integrated his passion for fitness into his treatment style to provide his own unique understanding of rehabilitation and maintenance of the body. Viet is certified in Functional Dry Needling, Graston Technique, and Soft Tissue Mobilization. He was born in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam and later moved with his family to Garland, TX where he grew up, and has stayed in the area since to be near family. Viet works primarily out of our Richardson location.
